Perth’s boutique village-style street festival will stalls, events and activities scattered all along Scarborough beach road on the first Sunday of May. Be sure to check out the rides at the sideshow alley to be set up on Hobart Street. To celebrate Aussie Wine Month, Margaret River’s Voyager Estate is hosting the Ultimate Cabernet Sauvignon Event. The day starts with a Cabernet masterclass, which includes a 10-year vertical tasting. Following this is a Cabernet-focused tour of the estate, with exclusive access to Voyager Estate’s winemaking team to run the barrel tastings. The Ultimate Cabernet Experience then offers the chance to taste rarely opened, very limited, Cabernets, and also an opportunity to check out Voyager’s new and unreleased wines.
