At Northside Rentals, we are offering contactless (Express) pickup and return services. Available in all our branches, you can pick or return a vehicle without entering our offices.

1. Simply request a contactless (Express) pickup, we will email the paperwork and instructions.
2. Complete Digital ID verification
3. Once paperwork is received filled out correctly, we will process payment to the nominated card.
4. Head to the office at the booked collection time to pick up the vehicle.

Your key lock code and vehicle details will be emailed/sms on the day of pickup and the vehicle will be parked at the self-checkout parking bays. Use the PIN code provided to unlock the key lock box attached to the rear of the vehicle or in the lockers if picking from Welshpool Office. Remove the key from the lock box/locker, place the lock box on the fence and you are ready to go. Your vehicle is cleaned and inspected, and the inspection sheet is left inside the glovebox. If you notice anything not included, simply take pictures, and email us.
