The Esperance Museum is a must visit destination as it showcases the small town’s proud history of maritime and agriculture. Visitors can see old farming materials, boats, an old steam train and other similar artefacts. However there is one exhibit here that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Few people know that in 1979 the Skylab Space Station crash landed in Esperance following an international media event.
